Logic 360 is currently recruiting for an Automotive Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor/All Rounder

We 'are looking for an experienced Automotive Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor. You will be an integral part of our team as an Automotive Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor working on all types of makes of vehicles.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Effectively lead, manage, plan and control all activities of all the Bodyshop staff
• Must be hands on painting and prepping vehicles
• Control and coordinate the activities of all Bodyshop staff i.e., Smart Repair Technician, Prepper/Polisher and Painter.
• Oversee all repair and paintwork of damaged vehicles in the Bodyshop
• Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard
• Effective prioritising of all jobs and volumes in the Bodyshop
• Always maintain the highest possible productivity and efficiency
• Ensure all job cards are completed correctly
• Always lead effective communication and teamwork
• Adhere to all company Health and Safety and legislation policies.

Skills Requirements 

• Experience in a similar role is required
• Extensive experience in a Bodyshop environment painting and prepping
• Extensive experience in leading and managing a team, high volumes, and processes in a Bodyshop environment

Qualification and Experience 

• Minimum 2 years as a supervisor
• Experience in leading a team.
• Full EU /UK Driver’s License

Shift / Hours:  ……07.00am – 17.00pm… - Monday / Friday ………….
