Logic 360 is currently recruiting for an Automotive Vehicle preparation Supervisor
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Vehicle Bodyshop prep supervisor. You will be an integral part of our team working on all types of makes of vehicles.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively lead, manage, plan, and control all activities of the prep department
- Must be hands on, mixing and matching paint colours
- Paint application
- Control and coordinate the activities
- Oversee all repair and preparation of damaged vehicles in the Bodyshop
- Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard,
- Ensure the effective prioritising of all jobs and volumes in the Bodyshop
- Always maintain the highest possible productivity and efficiency
- Ensure all job cards are completed correctly
- Always lead effective communication and teamwork
- Adhere to all company Health and Safety and legislation policies.
Skills Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is required
- You will need to have experience and a good understanding of vehicle body repair techniques
- Supervisory experience in a Bodyshop vehicle preparation department
- Extensive experience in leading and managing a team, volumes, and processes in a Bodyshop environment
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 2 years as a supervisor
- Experience in bodyshop preparation activities and leading a team
- Full EU /UK Driver’s License
Shift / Hours: ……07.00am – 17.00pm… - Monday / Friday ………….
