Vehicle Prepper/Polisher 

Pay Rate: £16.00ph

Location: Peterborough

Type: Ongoing-Contract

Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday - 08.00am - 17.00pm

Logic 360 is currently recruiting for an Automotive Vehicle Prepper/Polisher for one of our major clients in Peterborough.

We're looking for experienced Preppers/ Polishers from all kinds of backgrounds. You will be an integral part of our team and will be working on all types of makes of vehicles in a new state of the art modern clean workshop.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Prepping vehicles prior to painting
• Sanding and masking
• Filler work and small repairs
• Machine Polishing
• Undertake rectification of scratches and scuffs
• Flattening, polishing, and touching up
• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure no defects, perfect finish every time
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements 

• Experience in a similar role is required
• Great eye for detail
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team
• The ability to maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment
• Good communicator
• An awareness of safety procedures.

Qualification and Experience of an Vehicle Prepper/Polisher

• Minimum 2 years of prepping and polishing of vehicles
• Full UK driving licence
