Job Title: Shuttle Bus Drivers

Pay Rate : £15 per hour + £20ph overtime rate

Location: London Gatwick (LGW)

Logic 360 is recruiting for Shuttle Bus Drivers to deliver the safe, efficient and effective bus transportation of airport & airline passengers .

Required

• Must hold a valid PCV licence (D) for minimum of 2years and no more than three points endorsed, maintaining regular reports for inspection.
• Valid CPC card
• Must be 25years of age or over for insurance purposes
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency of both written and spoken English
• Must be able to pass and maintain an Airside Driving Permit, including competency checks where necessary – (only landside)
• Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease.
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced working in environment.
• A positive pro-active “can do” attitude.
• Flexibility to work in alternate locations, this may be short notice.

Health and Safety Responsibilities

• To adhere to all company and airport relevant rules and regulations.
• To work to the standards and working practices detailed within the company and airport rules and regulations.
• To carry out duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
• Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system.
• To handle vehicles and any other equipment with due care and attention.
• To maintain a smart and tidy appearance and wear company uniform whilst on duty.
• To ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
• To offer assistance, advice and guidance to passengers when required.
• To undertake refresher training on an identified training needs basis/or in accordance with development reviews.

Working Hours

• 12.0hrs shifts
• Days: 06:00-18:00hrs & Nights: 18:00-06:00hrs
• Shift Pattern: 4-Days, 4-Rest Days, 4-Nights, 4-Rest Days (repeated throughout), this provides continuity for all drivers on this service product.
• Drivers will be paid for the full shift worked.
• 6 month contract with the possibility of FT after the initial 6 months based on performance
• Starting ASAP
