Exterior Aircraft Wash Operator

Following the continued growth of our London Area operation, we are recruiting for a number of roles. Are you safety driven, passionate about delivering an excellent service and looking to shape the future of modern and dynamic company? Then there may be a position for you as an Aircraft Wash Operator.

Aircraft Wash Operators are responsible for keeping the paintwork on our customers aircraft looking like the day it came out of the paint shop. Using high access equipment and working at height to hand wash the outside of the aircraft.

Main duties of the role:

• Operating height access equipment (MEWP)
• Mixing and handling wash chemicals
• Using both dry and wet wash techniques to clean the paintwork on aircraft
• Operating high pressure water equipment
• Technical washing of aircraft mechanical components

Key competencies:

• Safety and performance driven
• Ability to work as a team to achieve a goal
• Attention to detail in the quality of your work
• Ability to operate equipment such as access equipment, aircraft doors and ground service equipment (GSE)
• Full driving license desirable
