Payrate: £10.75ph
Contract: Full time
Shift times: 6am - 4pm & 2pm - 11pm

Description: 
Logic 360 are working in partnership with a major car rental company which is based at Heathrow Airport. The primary role is based at the Exit Booth of the car rental site where you will finalise the customers' hire process and verify all documentation before they leave site. As an Exit Booth agent, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service with customer satisfaction being at the forefront of this role. 

Responsibilities:
  • Document and verify all vehicle registrations and information
  • Greet all passengers with undivided attention
  • Assist customers with any final queries & information they need
  • Ensure the exit booth is clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience
  • Computer literate and competent using outlook systems
  • Be smart and presentable 
  • Driving license preferable but not essential 
  • Flexible with working days and times
