Job Purpose: Responsible for building new commercial relationships as well as expanding and improving the business with existing customers. Responsible for identifying, developing, expanding relationship with partners, resellers and retailers
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations management: -Engaging with assigned set of accounts on periodic basis, understanding needs and giving Solutions, dealing with the issues and addressing them through engagement with relevant stake holders
- Account Mapping to further strengthen the relationship and build a healthy Pipeline with the given set of accounts.
- Structuring of (credit) deals for the assigned set of accounts
- Stakeholder management: - Managing the stake holders, complying with the requirements of different bodies, co-operating with stake holders while safeguarding the organizations and customer interest, etc.
- Address partner escalations and provide timely solution to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Planning events/ trainings for partners to increase their sales
